Subsequently, they went in the direction of the public steps nearby. There, they were overtaken by the 48-year-old and two other males (16- and 27-year-old) and punched and kicked. The three are said to have used glass bottles as well. During the altercation, the 27-year-old, who was later identified as Khudeda Jamal Jindi, cut the face of one of the youths. Then the three left the scene.
The employee and his 16-year-old acquaintance were arrested in the kiosk and were held and questioned at the Police Station. Khudeda Jamal Jindi has been on the run, with photographs being distributed to the public on 20 October. His victim is not in danger to his life, but nevertheless seriously injured.
